Jacksonville Memorial Hospital is a critical access hospital that has provided healthcare services to the residents of Morgan, Cass, Scott, Greene and Brown counties since 1875. Located in Jacksonville, Illinois, the mission of JMH and Memorial Health is to improve lives and build stronger communities through better health.

Temporary visitor restrictions are now in place for inpatient units at all Memorial Health hospitals due to widespread respiratory illness in our area.

Two visitors per patient

Visitors should be 18+ and show no signs of illness

Masks are encouraged but not currently required.

Emergency services are available 24 hours daily.

Free Colon Cancer Test Kits Available at Regional Drive-Thru Events

Free take-home screening tests for colon cancer will be distributed at several upcoming drive-thru events in Decatur, Jacksonville, Lincoln, Springfield and Taylorville, sponsored by the Regional Cancer Partnership, which includes Memorial Health, SIU School of Medicine, Springfield Clinic and HSHS St. John’s Hospital.
