What to bring
- Personal toiletry items
- A list of current medications (prescriptions and over the counter). Please do NOT bring these medications with you.
- Dentures, eyeglasses, hearing aids, phone charger. Avoid placing these items in areas where they could be misplaced or lost.
- Do NOT bring personal valuables.

Memorial Health is proud to offer board-certified hospitalists, who are specialists trained to work exclusively with hospitalized patients.
