Jennifer "Jen" Boyer

As Chief Nursing Executive, Jen Boyer oversees operations at Memorial Health ambulatory clinics, including primary care, specialty care and urgent care. She also guides professional nursing practice, development and workforce strategies across Memorial.

She has more than 25 years of nursing and leadership experience in both the ambulatory and hospital settings. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing degree from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health and a master of business administration degree in healthcare administration from Benedictine College.
