Our clinical follow-up process is designed to help reduce anxiety, make certain you are comfortable using equipment at home and ensure compliance with CPAP. Upon receiving the order for your CPAP or BiPAP machine, our staff will contact you, verify your benefits/insurance and ensure we have all the necessary documentation. Then, we will schedule your appointment.
Comfortable teaching rooms are available at each of our retail locations. You will receive education through our instructional video segments, which you watch in the comfort of our private teaching room. Your instructor will answer questions and make sure you are comfortable using your new equipment prior to leaving our office. For individuals who are unable to leave their home easily, our staff can accommodate a home setup.
Group CPAP Setup: Many of our customers prefer our group CPAP setup format. Groups of four to five individuals receive education and training together in a group setting. Using our instructional video segments, the instructor provides teaching through group learning and open question/answer time. Group setup times are available at our various retail locations and held during our retail store hours.
Follow-up: Following your CPAP setup, our respiratory staff will call to assess your needs, monitor CPAP tolerance and answer any questions you may have.

- Automated Patient Management System: Making sure individuals are comfortable with their choice of CPAP mask is key to sustained use. Through periodic phone calls, our Automated Patient Management System monitors benefits of sleep therapy and allows patients to reorder supplies over the phone. Orders then come directly to our office and the patient's new mask can be shipped to their doorstep.
- Free Checkups and Cleanings: Bring your CPAP machine into one of our retail stores any time for a free checkup and cleaning.
