Primary Care

A primary care physician is a trusted partner for your health – providing preventive care, wellness checkups, vaccinations and immunizations, as well as helping you manage chronic health conditions. They take the time to get to know you and your unique needs.

As a Memorial Care patient, you gain access to the expertise and resources of Memorial Health, one of the leading healthcare organizations in Illinois.

Our staff includes three types of primary care providers:

Family Medicine

Family medicine providers treat both adults and children. These physicians can treat you and your family for illness and injury while also helping you stay up-to-date on preventive care and screenings like mammograms and colonoscopies. If you have a chronic health condition, your family doctor can help coordinate your care and assist you in navigating the healthcare system.

Pediatric

Memorial Care pediatricians are highly skilled and trained to understand a child’s needs. From stuffy noses to ear infections to broken bones – and everything in between – your child’s health is a top priority. Pediatricians treat children from birth to 18 years old.

Internal Medicine

Memorial Care internists (or internal medicine doctors) specialize in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases. Each provider focuses solely on a specialty like asthma, heart disease or cancer. The provider is a top expert in their chosen field and can provide the best course of treatment for your unique needs.
