Built in 2011, Lincoln Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Lincoln, IL. One of the leading healthcare organizations in Illinois, Memorial Health is a community-based, not-for-profit corporation that is dedicated to patient care, education and research. Our health system’s seven affiliates, including Lincoln Memorial Hospital, provide a full range of inpatient, outpatient, home health, hospice, behavioral health and primary care physician services. We deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in support of our mission to improve the health of the people and communities we serve. LMH is an affiliate of Memorial Health and provides a wide variety of patient care services.

Outpatient Care entrance:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Closed holidays.

Valet Services:
Monday-Friday: 6:00 am - 1:45 pm

Visiting Hours:
Daily: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
