Urgent care virtual care is available during regular Memorial Care business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. daily.
What is the cost of an urgent care virtual care visit?
Virtual care services are covered by health insurance, including Medicare and Illinois Medicaid. We will bill your insurance just like we would an urgent care walk-in visit.
What do I need for an urgent care virtual care visit?
Virtual care is a web-based service. All you need is a mobile device that has internet access with a connected camera. If you do not have access to a mobile device, you can do a visit over the telephone.
What can I expect?
Once you schedule your appointment time online or using the My Memorial app, you will receive a notification with a link and detailed instructions of how to set up and access your visit. Instructions may vary depending on the type of device you are using. Just access the link at your scheduled appointment time and the provider will be with you.
