Taylorville Memorial Hospital offers a simple, secure way to manage your medical bills. By creating a patient portal online account, you will gain online access to a simple, up-to-date summary of your account, useful resources that answer your billing questions, and an easy way to conveniently view, manage, and pay your bill online. You will also be able to manage your healthcare information.

To sign up for the patient portal, please visit our Health Information Management department at the South Entrance of our hospital Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m -4:30pm. You may also contact our department at 217-707-5572.

You will be asked to provide a photo identification and an e-mail address. It is important that you come to the hospital and show your ID to set up an account because your medical records will be tied to your billing. As soon as you provide us this information, an email will be sent to you that will take you through a simple, five-minute process to set up your patient portal account.

Pay Online

Our electronic bill payment site is changing! Starting on March 7th, 2022, you will now be able to access the redesigned portal to pay your bill. In order to continue to pay electronically, you will need to re-enroll within the site. Re-enrolling will require the following:
