Fifty Four Farms
Shaun and Kim Tyson are first generation farmers that specialize in grass fed- grain finished beef. The beef at Tyson Farms is free of added hormones and unnecessary antibiotics. There is a strong focus on meat quality, marbling, and docility, as well as humane handling and processing techniques. They started Tyson Farms in 2015 with their children and have experienced explosive growth that has led to them becoming one of the premier direct to consumer/retail beef farms in Central Illinois.

Ioerger Family Farms is a family run farm providing meat, eggs, vegetables, plants, and cut flowers to their customers. They have been providing our community with gorgeous cut flowers, produce, and meat since the market’s opening in 2016.

Itty Bitty Micro Farm is a small urban farm offering fresh microgreens year round and baby vegetables throughout the growing season.

Sue makes fresh breads, muffins, scones, rolls, trailbars, jam, and more. Sometimes her kids and grandkids come to help, but Sue does ALL the baking every week.

Missy Gaither joined the Market in 2021 featuring a variety of sweet items. You can meet her at the market for an ever-changing selection of items to share for a special occasion or a treat for yourself. Items include cupcakes, hand decorated iced sugar cookies, cakes for any celebration, white chocolate popcorn and more. And you can always talk to Missy about a special order.
MKS Livestock was established in 2011 when Matt and Kerianne got married. They have a small family farm in Central IL. Since then, two little workers were added to the farm. They raise cattle, hogs, goats, turkeys, and chickens. Their love of raising livestock started when they were members of 4-H and FFA. They strive to provide the consumer with a high quality, farm raised product. They wouldn't serve anything they wouldn't be proud to feed their own family.

Eliza Ahart joined the Market in 2021 bringing with her sweet treats sure to please your palate. Even better, Sweet Eliza’s makes plant based eating sweet by offering a variety of vegan & gluten free pastries baked from scratch with the best ingredients! The Odelehr family farm was established in the 1840s, and Sandy and Ken currently live in the homestead house built in 1842. The Odelehrs offer a wide variety of produce, including asparagus, onions, lettuce, radishes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, Calhoun Peaches, tomatoes, sweet corn, squash, green beans, peas, apples, gourds jams, apple butter, cider, pumpkins, ornamental corn, and more, including 90 different items. They also make baked goods pies, breads, cakes, cookies and homemade ice cream.
Primordia Foods is a company that specializes in specialty produce. As a company they strive to educate people more about unique and fun ways to integrate healthy eating habits into their diet. Some of the products they offer include various types of gourmet mushrooms including lion's mane, oysters, shiitakes, chicken of the woods, among others. They also bring micro greens, of which they sell many different varieties of including daikon radish, various salad mixes, wasabi, speckled peas, corn shoots, broccoli, basil, and many others.
Samantha has been at The ALMH Market from the beginning, and continues to bring delicious baked items, including cookies, pies, cinnamon rolls, bars and more.
The Tony Cannoli
Bringing a little bit of Italy to the local farmers market! Inspired by a year-long sabbatical to discover his roots in Sicily, The Tony Cannoli makes Sicilian Artisan Cannoli from scratch. The recipe and ingredients utilized are traditional to what have been made in Sicily for generations. It's a flaky pastry shell with a ricotta cream filling and garnished with delicious toppings such as chocolate chips, crushed pistachios, and candied orange peels. Stop by and treat yourself!
