Samuel Capouch, MD

Samuel Capouch, MD, is a board certified general neurologist. He graduated with honors from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis with a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering. He earned a medical degree with honors and served a residency at Indiana University School of Medicine, where he received the American Academy of Neurology Student Award for Excellence in Neurology.
