About Haylie Damhoff, DNP, APRN

Haylie A. Damhoff, DNP, is a family nurse practitioner at Memorial Physician Services—Koke Mill. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and went to earn a doctorate of nursing practice degree from SIU-E. Before joining the team at MPS—Koke Mill, Haylie worked as a registered nurse at Memorial Medical Center.
