Biography

Connie Habenschuss, APRN, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. A member of the team at Memorial Specialty Care Behavioral Health & Psychiatry, she also sees patients ages 4 to 17 at Memorial Care in Chatham twice a month.

She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University and a doctor of nursing practice degree from the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Sinclair School of Nursing at University of Missouri—Columbia.

Only accepting patients referred from Memorial Care primary care providers.
