Carmen D. Chase, MD

Dr. Chase is board certified in psychiatry. She earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Kansas State University and a medical degree from the University of Kansas before serving a combined residency in internal medicine and psychiatry at Southern Illinois University in Springfield.
