Michael Maitar, MD

Michael Maitar, MD, is a gastroenterologist. He earned a bachelor of medicine and surgery degree from the University of Baghdad School of Medicine in Iraq. He also received his medical degree from University of Baghdad. He served a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, where he was also Chief Medical Resident.
