Our board-certified surgeons offer expertise in trauma, general surgery, colorectal surgery and breast surgery at Decatur Memorial Hospital and the Memorial Outpatient Surgery Center.

We work closely with your doctor to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including those affecting the breast, abdomen, colon and rectum. Memorial Specialty Care surgeons are experienced in procedures like appendectomy, hernia repair and breast biopsies.

General Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Torabi Joins Memorial Specialty Care

General surgeon Dr. Mohammad Torabi has joined Memorial Specialty Care in Decatur. Dr. Torabi earned his medical degree from American University of Antigua before serving a residency in surgery at Sparrow Hospital – Michigan State University. For the past five years, he has served as a clinical instructor at Michigan State University.
