Built in 2011, Lincoln Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Lincoln, IL. One of the leading healthcare organizations in Illinois, Memorial Health is a community-based, not-for-profit corporation that is dedicated to patient care, education and research. Lincoln Memorial Hospital, provides a full range of inpatient, outpatient, home health, hospice, behavioral health and primary care physician services. We deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in support of our mission to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.

Temporary visitor restrictions in effect.

Temporary visitor restrictions are now in place for inpatient units at all Memorial Health hospitals due to widespread respiratory illness in our area.

Two visitors per patient

Visitors should be 18+ and show no signs of illness

Masks are encouraged but not currently required.

Emergency services are available 24 hours daily.

Hospital Main Lobby Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Sunday: Closed

Outpatient Care entrance:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Closed holidays.

Valet Services:
Monday-Friday: 6:00 am - 1:45 pm

Visiting Hours:
Daily: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
