Taylorville Memorial Foundation is creating the Kim Bourne Emerging Leaders Endowment Fund. This new endowment will provide ongoing professional development opportunities for leaders new to leadership roles – a fitting tribute to a forward-thinking leader who throughout her career has empowered emerging leaders and helped foster their growth.

Raise $50,000 to fund the endowment. Donors contributing $1,000 or more will be recognized as founding members. The TMH Auxiliary will match up to the first 25K in donations now until Sept. 30.

This fund provides professional development opportunities for individuals newer to leadership roles (less than five years), helping them build confidence, strengthen their skillsets and grow into exceptional leaders who will shape the future of healthcare.
