With Memorial Choice, we offer employers add-on services to their existing benefit structures—typically offered at a neutral cost—with the following goals:

- Achievement of Health Goals. Attain certain milestones—performance guarantees—designed to improve employee health.
- Increasing Access to Care. Increase access to care and avoid unnecessary costs through our care coordination and nurse concierge services, as well as no-cost access to basic preventive and urgent care services.
- Improve Overall Employee Wellness. Improve overall employee health through preventive care, including through Memorial’s Employee Assistance Program, as demonstrated by employee use of wellness services and the reduction of emergency department use and inpatient admissions.
