Decatur Memorial Foundation Education Assistance

The Decatur Memorial Foundation and DMH Auxiliary are proud to offer these annual scholarships to local high school seniors and undergraduates pursuing careers in healthcare or agriculture. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of donors, community leaders and volunteers.

DMH Auxiliary Scholarship Application ( 3 - $5,000 scholarships offered)

DMF Dr. Richard H. Fritz Nursing Scholarship (1 - $5,000 scholarship offered)

DMF Dr. Thomas W. Samuels Nursing Scholarship ( 1 - $2,500 Scholarship offered)

DMF Dr. Joseph Schrodt Science Scholarship (4-year scholarship of $750 per academic year)

DMF Agriculture Scholarship ( 2 - $5,000 scholarships offered)
