Free virtual care
Get virtual access to expert care from your local Memorial Care provider. It’s a convenient and effective way to treat non-emergency illnesses like cold, cough and flu-like symptoms, sore throat, fever, skin rashes and more. There is no cost to use virtual care for individuals who are eligible for Memorial Choice. If you need a prescription, your health plan copays will apply but free prescription delivery is available. Nurse concierge services
Call the Memorial Choice nurse concierge line to schedule an appointment with a Memorial Care provider. The line is available 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday. We offer a dedicated phone line for convenient access to set up visits and triage minor medical issues. Call 217–862–0669 (0NOW) to speak with a nurse.
Primary Care and Urgent Care
Get access to primary care and urgent care services:
- $0 copay for select primary care, pediatric and preventive care services at Memorial Care
- $0 copay for select urgent care services at Memorial Care clinics
- $0 copay for telehealth

We offer employees access to an Employee Assistance Program, which provides behavioral health services to help you with personal issues affecting your health and well-being. All employees are able to access this service, regardless of their insurance provider, for $0 copay. Our Employee Assistance Program offers services staffed by the compassionate professionals at Memorial Behavioral Health Clinic, including up to six sessions of short-term counseling per unique concern. You do not have to be part of the insurance plan to access our Employee Assistance Program. Call 217–788–9345 to gain access to EAP services or login to the portal.
