Memorial EMS System providers care for a suburban/rural population in a 4,000-square mile area in Illinois EMS Regions 3.

Providers include non-transport and transport agencies ranging from Emergency Medical Responder to Tier III Critical Care Transport. Multiple Emergency Medical Dispatch Centers work under the medical direction of Memorial EMS, in addition to five Emergency Departments. 

Conferences are held to better educate our providers on current topics in emergency medicine as well as elevate understanding about how advancements in research lead to protocol changes in EMS and emergency care in destination hospitals.
