Carley Hager, occupational therapist at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, is the hospital’s Colleague of the Month for November.
Hager is appreciated by her team as someone who consistently brings a positive attitude to work every day no matter what the circumstances. She is flexible and willing to help at any time with no expectation of praise or recognition. Hager also works on programs independently to advance other colleagues and supports not only occupational therapy but also physical therapy and nursing.
“Carley works to hone her skills to expert level,” wrote her nominator. “That results in superior outcomes for her patients. She also gently teaches other colleagues, which makes us better clinicians and a better department.”
Hager has worked for Jacksonville Memorial Hospital since 2010.
