Zackery Knapp, a patient access associate at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, is the hospital’s Colleague of the Month for November.

Knapp was praised by his nominator for steady leadership during a complicated and often stressful task that involved different departments and many moving parts.

“Zackery made sure there was no delay in patient care, and he completed as many extra tasks as possible compared to his normal workday,” wrote his nominator. “He sorted out concerns from other departments, staffed the front lobby desk, left us with a number to contact him quickly – and all with a smile on his face.”

Knapp has worked for Lincoln Memorial Hospital since 2022.
