LMH Service of Remembrance: A Celebration of Life at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025. Lincoln Memorial Hospital Woods Café Patio, 200 Stahlhut Drive.

In conjunction with Memorial Home Hospice, a Celebration of Life will honor those who have passed away in our care between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025. During the service, each patient’s name will be read aloud. A rose bush will then be planted in the LMH Healing Garden, which is easily accessible to visitors. This service is also an opportunity to reconnect with care team members.
