LMH Service of Remembrance: A Celebration of Life at 1 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024. Lincoln Memorial Hospital Woods Café Patio, 200 Stahlhut Drive.

In conjunction with Memorial Home Hospice, a Celebration of Life will honor those who have passed away in our care between July 2023 and August 2024. During the service, each patient’s name will be read aloud. A rose bush will then be planted in the LMH Healing Garden, which is easily accessible to visitors. This service is also an opportunity to reconnect with care team members.
