Use our easy and convenient “drive-thru” to pick up your free colorectal at-home cancer screening kit. Enter the drive and stay in your vehicle. We will distribute your kit to you.

Each kit contains instructions and supplies for participants to collect a stool sample. Return the completed kits via a postage-paid envelope within 10 days of kit pick up. Test results will be sent by mail in three to four weeks.
