This group is open to anyone facing any type of cancer diagnosis, including spouse/partner, friends and family. A nutrition and wellness educator from the University of Illinois extension office will be sharing about preparing food for optimal nutrition, making groceries go further and storing fruits and vegetables to make them last longer.
