Join Taylorville Memorial Hospital for the free October in Motion Challenge and move your way to better health. 

Participants are encouraged to walk, run or hike throughout October while tracking their miles using the free Pacer app. Wheelchair users are welcome. Those who reach 100 miles during the month will receive an October in Motion Wellness Challenge T-shirt. 

Participants who log 300 or more miles will be entered into a drawing for a free one-year membership to the Christian County YMCA. 

The challenge will kick off with a ribbon-cutting celebration for the TMH Wellness Path from 5-7 p.m. Sept. 30. Attendees can enjoy local vendors, giveaways and assistance registering for the challenge.

The Wellness Path, located near the TMH main entrance, is designed as a place for exercise, reflection and healing. The project was made possible through the generous support of the TMF and the Lumpkin Family Foundation.
