Everyone in Sangamon and Menard counties is invited to participate in the free Trick or Trek Wellness Challenge this October.

Enjoy the fall colors while staying active and tracking your miles with the free Pacer app. Eligible wellness activities include walking, running and hiking. Wheelchair users are welcome. Participate wherever and whenever it works for you.

Participants who log 100 or more miles during October will receive a long-sleeve Trick or Trek Wellness Challenge T-shirt.
