Passavant Area Hospital’s Employee of the Month is Carrie Wills, a patient care technician on the Three South nursing unit. She has been a Passavant employee ten years.

A grateful co-worker nominated Carrie for the honor. “Carrie thinks of Passavant as a place to serve and care for others. She treats everyone with respect. She is often a role model for new employees, showing others how things work and how to handle the daily struggles using positive thoughts and confidence.”

In her role as a patient care technician, Carrie assists patients with personal care and daily tasks, administers blood sugar tests and take vital signs.

Carrie and her husband, Chris, are the parents of four children, Andy, Kaylee, Sam and Jake.  

The Employee of the Month at Passavant receives eight hours off with pay, an Employee of the Month plaque, an Employee of the Month pin, a close parking space for one month in the physician’s parking garage and a decorated cake.
