“Our mission is to improve the health of the people and communities we serve, and what better way than through exercise? I hope this event encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to make strides towards good health,” said Dolan Dalpoas, President and CEO of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Proceeds from the event support community wellness initiatives including the work of the ALMH Community Health Collaborative (CHC). The Collaborative works toward a vision of creating the heathiest community in America. Collaborative initiatives include the Coordinated Approach to Child Health (CATCH) program currently reaching over 3,000 students in the ALMH service area, efforts to combat opioid abuse, the safe ride program to prevent drunk driving and more.
