Jessica Eeten, a data processor with Memorial Behavioral Health, has been named September Colleague of the Month for the Memorial Health Ambulatory Group.
Eeten brings a positive, supportive approach to every interaction. Colleagues describe her as a trusted resource who responds promptly, communicates with warmth and helps others navigate processes with confidence.
Although much of her work involves detailed chart reviews and protocol compliance, Eeten makes routine exchanges feel personal and welcoming. Her attention to quality and accuracy helps ensure client needs are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of care coordination.
"I have never met Jessica in person, yet she has a way of bringing personality and such warmth to what would normally be a very dry, pragmatic exchange," wrote the nominator. "Her friendliness and can-do attitude toward everything I present to her is always a notable bright spot in my day."
The nominator also praised Eeten's ability to provide constructive guidance when issues arise. "If something isn't right, she'll reach out and explain in such a friendly way what's wrong and how to correct it. It’s very helpful and motivating to receive such feedback in a constructive, educational manner."
The Colleague of the Month award celebrates Memorial Health colleagues who exemplify excellence in their roles and embody the organization's vision, mission and values.
