Marcia Carroll, an Epic analyst with Memorial Health System Resources, has been named August Colleague of the Month for her expertise, leadership and commitment during the health system’s Epic implementation.
Colleagues described her as a trusted expert who has played a critical role in supporting operations, helping teams understand workflows, build decisions and testing outcomes.
In addition to her technical expertise, Carroll is recognized for her collaborative approach and dedication to helping others succeed. She routinely shares her knowledge, mentors colleagues and supports teams beyond her own area of responsibility, helping strengthen the overall Epic project.
“Quite simply, we would not be where we are today without her contributions,” wrote the nominator. Another nominator described Carroll as the team's “go to” person, noting her expertise is helping position the organization for long-term success.
