Destiny Evrley, a rehabilitation technician in physical therapy at Taylorville Memorial Hospital, has been named July Colleague of the Month.
Her attention to detail and reliability help keep the department running smoothly, even during busy or high-pressure situations. She is also known for her willingness to stay late when needed to make sure work is completed thoroughly.
In addition to her regular duties, Evrley supported cleaning and organizing efforts during a recent flooring replacement project, helping maintain operations while prioritizing safety and quality.
"Destiny consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to ensuring the department is clean, safe and ready for patient care," wrote her nominator.
Evrley also works well with colleagues across the department. She takes pride in her role and contributes to a safe environment that supports positive outcomes for both patients and staff.
