Lincoln Memorial Hospital (LMH) has named Hannah Freer, RN, in the Emergency Department, as June Colleague of the Month.
Freer, who joined the nonprofit hospital in March 2022, was nominated for the compassionate care she provides to patients and her willingness to be a team player. Colleagues said she regularly picks up extra shifts, often on short notice, helping maintain staffing levels and supporting her team when coverage is needed most.
Her nominator also praised the way she cares for patients during demanding shifts, noting that she treats every patient with kindness and respect and helps them feel heard, comfortable and cared for.
"Her compassion and work ethic make a meaningful difference in the experience of both patients and staff, " wrote the nominator.
