Morgan Ramirez, RN, an emergency nurse at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital (JMH), has been named the hospital's May Colleague of the Month.

Ramirez joined JMH in May 2022 and built a reputation in the Emergency Department as a nurse colleagues can count on. Whether he faces a heavy patient load or a gap in coverage on another unit, he responds with patience and pitches in wherever he is needed.

"Morgan consistently goes above and beyond for others with a positive attitude,” wrote the nominator. “He demonstrates excellent patient care and willingly assists outside his department."
