Cindy Albright, a clinical research data specialist with Decatur Memorial Hospital's oncology research department, has been named Colleague of the Month for May.
Albright has been a fixture at DMH since March 1997. In nearly 29 years, she has built a reputation for precision and reliability that colleagues across both the oncology research and laboratory departments have come to depend on.
“For decades, Cindy has been an indispensable pillar, integral to both the laboratory and clinical research department," wrote one nominator. "Her commitment to safety and quality is exemplary, strictly adhering to all protocols and duties."
In a role where accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable, Albright is recognized for approaching every task with integrity and a steady approach. Colleagues say her optimism and willingness to help, even on a moment's notice, make her a trusted member of her team.
