Lincoln Memorial Hospital has named food service technician Tomasa Viera Demorales as its April Colleague of the Month.
Viera Demorales joined Lincoln Memorial Hospital in June 2023 and quickly became known as someone to be counted on. Whether she is preparing meals, assisting with service, or helping behind the scenes, her teammates say her steady presence and positive attitude help keep work flowing smoothly, even on the busiest days.
“She is always willing to step up and do whatever task is needed with a smile,” wrote the nominator. “Tomasa is a true pleasure to work with every day.”
Colleagues describe Viera Demorales as someone who consistently supports others, takes initiative and contributes to a welcoming, collaborative work environment for patients, visitors and colleagues in the food and nutrition area.
