Kelsey Van Fleet, RN, was recently recognized as the February Colleague of the Month for Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Known for her caring approach and expertise, Van Fleet has become an invaluable resource for both nurses and technicians since joining Memorial in 2019.
"Kelsey is always willing to jump in and help support the nurses as well as the techs," wrote one nominator. "Even when she is super busy herself, she is always right behind you, willing to help in any way possible."
Beyond providing hands-on support, Van Fleet is appreciated for her communication skills and commitment to continuing education. She takes time to explain procedures and answer questions, which benefits both patients and colleagues, creating a culture of learning and understanding throughout the department.
