Kellie Bibb, an urgent care advanced care provider with Memorial Care on Koke Mill in Springfield, is the Memorial Health Ambulatory Group Colleague of the Month for March.

A grateful parent nominated Bibb for Colleague of the Month for the care given their child who was suffering from a prolonged high fever.

“The entire staff was kind and professional, but Kellie stood out,” the nominator wrote. “She immediately stepped in and came up with a plan of care. She took the time to educate us, was on top of a treatment plan and even comforted me as I was scared for my child. She brought care and compassion to the situation, and she calmed my nerves.”

Bibb has worked for Memorial Health since 2016.
