Jasmine Tyler, a patient care technician at Springfield Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for March.

Tyler has made a positive impression on her team, always willing to help others and make patients feel comfortable. She checks with the nurses about any patient questions and alerts nurses if she feels something isn’t right.

“Jasmine is a great asset to the 2C team,” wrote her nominator. “Not only is she a great patient care technician, but she is also good about helping keep the room clean to improve patient experience. She is also attuned to safety, ensuring there is always a clear pathway for patients and nurses in the room.”

Tyler has worked for Springfield Memorial Hospital since 2022.
