Kim Heitzig, a physical therapist at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, is the hospital’s Colleague of the Month for December.

Patients appreciate Heitzig’s enthusiasm, attention to detail and willingness to demonstrate the exercises.

“Kim was my therapist, and she was an excellent hands-on practitioner,” wrote one nominator. “She is a joy to work with, and she really advocated for me and helped me get the help I needed. She was always patient and kind.”

Heitzig has worked for Lincoln Memorial Hospital since 2003.
