Marissa Perry, a front office specialist and team lead for the Memorial Wellness Center, is the Memorial Health Ambulatory Colleague of the Month for September.
Perry coordinates all incoming referrals for the Memorial Wellness Center, helps coordinate staff and patient scheduling, prioritizes safety within the facility and welcomes each patient with respect and kindness. She also ensures phones are on and queues are covered during business hours. She will come in on days off to help with office needs and front desk coverage and has worked from home to help complete tasks and calls.
“Marissa is truly there for patients, colleagues and all of the Memorial Wellness Center,” her nominator wrote. “She meets patients where they are to make sure they are getting the best care for their needs. She greets each patient with a friendly smile and always puts patients first in everything she does.”
Perry has worked for Memorial Health since 2008.
