Gracie Becker, a support assistant for Senior Life Solutions at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for March.

Becker creates a personal connection with each Senior Life Solutions patient. She greets them with a smile, helps diffuse any worry or apprehension new patients have when starting the program and shows them compassion and genuine care.

“Gracie goes above and beyond to learn patient preferences to create a comfortable and therapeutic environment,” wrote her nominator. “Patients look forward to talking with her each day and often speak about what a joy it is to work with Gracie. We are lucky to have her!”

Becker has worked for Lincoln Memorial Hospital since 2021.
