Pallo’s technical skills and training have improved the skills of those around him. He is reliable and timely. He educates and calms patients and collaborates with the physicians to ensure a safe and efficient procedure. Safety is one of his top priorities, and he shares with others how to maintain a safe environment for patients and co-workers alike.
