As a pediatric nurse, Dobbe is appreciated for her knowledge, expertise and empathy when working with young patients and their parents or caregivers.

Dobbe’s role has broadened to working as a developer and trainer for New Nurse and Medical Assistant onboarding, the Advancing Your Skill program for outpatient nurses and Nurse and Medical Assistant scribe training.
“Cathy is such an asset not only to our physicians and our patients, but also to our nursing colleagues as well,” wrote her leader. “Her years of experience and wealth of knowledge makes her a go-to colleague for all of us.”
Dobbe has worked for Memorial Health since 1996.
