Strohl is a pediatric nurse well-known for her expertise, high-level skills and for being an invaluable part of the ED team. Her nominator shared that in less than two weeks, Strohl contributed to saving the lives of three different patients.

“When no other nurses in the department were able to gain IV access on patients, Terry stepped up to save the day,” the nominator wrote. “When it comes to pediatric nursing care in the ED, there is simply no one better. She is invaluable.”

Strohl has worked for Jacksonville Memorial Hospital since 1981.
