Easley has worked 36 years for Memorial Health and is highly regarded as kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and positive toward co-workers and patients. She trains newcomers and boosts morale in the Reimbursement department by sending thank you notes, bringing treats or sharing words of encouragement.

“Debbie is an exceptional trainer and always goes above and beyond for anyone who needs it,” wrote one nominator. “She has a great attitude for this job, and it shows with how she interacts with patients and colleagues, whether on the phone or in person. We are so appreciative of all she does.”

Easley has worked for Memorial Health since 1987.
