Known for her kind attitude and always arriving ready to work, Paul mainly cleans in Ambulatory Services and Environmental Services. Her nominator praised her for being a positive team leader with strong leadership skills. She rarely if ever misses work, and she is one of the first ones to help out another colleague.
“JoDell is a problem-solver and will switch her days around to help out her department when needed,” wrote her nominator. “Her kindness and hard work have not only been extremely important to the department, but to the whole hospital.”
Paul has worked for Jacksonville Memorial Hospital since 2017. She is a Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician and is always looking to expand her knowledge to maintain a quality environment for patients.
