Deemer’s nominator, who works in the perioperative division at Springfield Memorial Hospital, praised his superb customer service skills as he regularly relays complicated clinical and financial data to others. His diligence and detail-oriented reviews allow him to provide an accurate representation of the data, always conscious of the customer’s needs and done in a timely manner.
Among his colleagues, Deemer is known for his professional, courteous and prompt responses, a positive attitude and a constant display of gratitude and appreciation to others. He also exhibits patience as the clinical division reviews and strives to better understand complex data. A sign on his workstation wall says “It’s OK to Ask.”
“What is best about Bill is that he continually strives to do better, be better and understand more in order to meet the customer’s needs,” wrote his nominator. “His teamwork, creativity, dedication and dependability are greatly appreciated by all who work with him.”
Deemer has worked for Memorial Health since 2009. He plans to continue to learn new systems and serve as a resource for colleagues who need data from those systems.
