The meetings provide a safe space for adults to express feelings of grief and mourning over the death of a loved one. Participants may discuss and share thoughts and emotions surrounding loss, explore healthy coping strategies and self-care and receive support from others.

The group meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month. Meetings are held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Conference Room 1222, located near the south entrance of the hospital at 201 E. Pleasant St.
